We aim to ensure that every customer is satisfied with his or her purchase. However, due to the nature of perfume products, we have a clear return and refund policy outlined below.

  1. Returns Eligibility

To maintain hygiene and quality standards, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • The return must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the order.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  • Returns are not accepted for perfumes that have been opened, tested, or used in any way.
  1. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, the following are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged on arrival)
  1. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at sales@singlechoicescents.co.ls with the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for the return
  • Clear photo(s) if the item was damaged

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

  1. Refunds (If Applicable)
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 working days to your original method of payment.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or damaged in transit).
  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.

  1. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order.

  1. Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared after the stated time:

  • First check your bank or payment provider
  • Then contact your card company or payment service
