We aim to ensure that every customer is satisfied with his or her purchase. However, due to the nature of perfume products, we have a clear return and refund policy outlined below.
- Returns Eligibility
To maintain hygiene and quality standards, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- The return must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the order.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- Returns are not accepted for perfumes that have been opened, tested, or used in any way.
- Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, the following are non-returnable:
- Opened or used perfumes
- Items damaged after delivery
- Clearance or sale items (unless damaged on arrival)
- How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us at sales@singlechoicescents.co.ls with the following details:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for the return
- Clear photo(s) if the item was damaged
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
- Refunds (If Applicable)
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 working days to your original method of payment.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or damaged in transit).
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.
- Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order.
- Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not appeared after the stated time:
- First check your bank or payment provider
- Then contact your card company or payment service
