  1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed slightly. You will be notified by email or phone in such cases.

We deliver using trusted courier and postal services to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.

Depending on your location, available shipping options may include:

  • Local Delivery (if offered in your area)

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value (details shown at checkout).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link (if available) so you can monitor your package’s journey.

  1. International Shipping

If you are located outside of Lesotho and would like to place an order, please contact us first to confirm availability and shipping rates.

Customs & Duties: International buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.

  1. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@singlechoicescents.co.ls within 48 hours of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

  1. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
